Soylent Green is here.
What happened to the good old days when food came from vegetable gardens, fruit trees and animals?
What do Pepsi, Kraft and Nestle have in common?
Because American’s palates are so undeveloped and desensitized; Senomyx seeks ways to enhance flavors. Why enhance flavors? Because if food isn’t fun and exciting; maybe you won’t eat anymore and starve to death.
Senomyx has discovered or in-licensed many of the key receptors that mediate taste in humans. We created proprietary taste receptor-based assay systems that provide a biochemical or electronic readout when a flavor ingredient interacts with the receptor. To enable faster discovery of new flavors, we integrated our assays into a robot-controlled automated system that uses plates containing an array of individual fluid wells, each of which can screen a different sample from our libraries of approximately 800,000 artificial and natural candidate ingredients isolated from plants and other sources. Our high-throughput discovery and development process allows us to conduct millions of analyses of new potential flavor ingredients annually. This efficiency is impossible to achieve using conventional flavor discovery methods. As a result, we have identified hundreds of unique potential new flavor ingredients that could not be discovered using taste tests alone. – Senomyx
It is not good enough to put some food in your mouth, taste it, and decide if it tastes good or not. No, only a robot-controlled automated assay system can do that.
Let’s talk about that proprietary taste receptor-based assay systems.
It is human embryo cells taken from the kidneys of aborted fœtuses.
Gwen Rosenberg, vice president of investor relations and corporate communications for Senomyx, described the process as “basically a robotic tasting system.” She depicted rows of little plastic square dishes with hundreds of tiny indentations in each dish. A protein is placed in each indentation, then a flavor. If the protein reacts to the flavor, the results are charted. If the new flavor (of which the company has more than 800,000) is successful with the protein test, the company then conducts taste tests with (live) adult humans. – Miami New Times
Good luck getting anyone at Senomyx on the phone. The only executive I was able to talk to was, David B. Berger, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He said the only person authorized to talk about this was Gwen Rosenberg, Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. I told Mr. Berger that I wasn’t interested in investing. If I hold any stock of any company doing business with them, I will sell them and donate the proceeds to pro-life organization. I told Mr. Berger that I wasn’t interested in a prepared statement from a PR person.
I want the truth that they are not willing to tell us, and I have it.
Senomyx holds a patent for Recombinant methods for expressing a functional sweet taste receptor. The abstract of the patent states, “In preferred embodiments the expression methods will use HEK-293 cells…”
Human Embryonic Kidney cells.
Michael Vick is worse than Hitler for making dogs fight. PETA is against testing products on animals. People throw flour and splash paint on others who wear fur. A woman sought a hitman on Statebook to murder people wearing fur. Animal justice? Environmental justice? What about human beings?
How is it okay to abort millions of babies a year so you can have gene therapy and sweeter food?
You people disgust me.
Please support Oklahoma’s Senator Ralph Shortey‘s bill to outlaw this type of food in Oklahoma.
At least there will be one state in the union without cannibalized food.
