Detroit: A Portent of America’s Future

Detroit: Founded in 1701 by Antoine de la Mothe, sieur de Cadillac, who is no doubt turning over in his grave.

Once called Paris of the West, Motor City because of its thriving industry and production of automobiles for the world, and Motown because  it once produced beautiful and classic music…

It was once a cultural, thriving, productive delight of America, home to many people the ilk of Charles Lang Freer. So many Detroiters became wealthy and successful enough to become philanthropic and support music and arts in the city and the country. Now Detroit gives us the Insane Clown Posse and Kwame Kilpatrick.

Detroit was the last American station on the Underground Railroad. Many people of Detroit volunteered to fight and died in the Civil War. President Lincoln said, “Thank God for Michigan!” I wonder what he would say today.

Did you notice the number of empty churches?

The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. – Psalm 9:17

The condition of the city has deteriorated so much that Nolan Finley is suggesting sterilants be added to their water supply.

“Society has no business to permit degenerates to reproduce their kind” – Theodore Roosevelt

He covertly blames the problem on Black people, but is it Black people’s fault? Finley places the blame on professional welfare recipients, but who are they receiving the welfare from?

Republican and Democrat are just two sides of the same coin. Generally Republicans support a bit less welfare than democrats.

Thomas Sowell calls it the Detroit Pattern.

“the Detroit pattern”– increasing taxes, harassing businesses, and pandering to unions. In the short run, it got mayors re-elected. In the long-run, it reduced Detroit from a thriving city to an economic disaster area, whose population was cut in half, as its most productive citizens fled. – Townhall.com

Without productive industry; when no productive people remain, and everyone in the government is there because they promised the people free stuff… This is what you get.

How bad is it when you don’t have a single, one, $1, dollar bill to buy a house with?

A buyer's market

I clicked the, “more”, link and on the next page there is a mortgage calculator! Of course you can’t get a mortgage at these prices. Why aren’t these people willing or able to get $1, $50, $5000, buy a house, put in some elbow grease and own a house? Those of us who are not in Detroit might say, because those houses are in the ghetto, in Detroit! Well those people in the above videos are already in Detroit, and instead of buying a house for a dollar…

It has been decades since Detroit has had the kind of leadership that espouses the philosophies of men like Milton Friedman or George Washington: Self-Reliance, Thrift, Self-control… Detroit’s and America’s politicians offer the people cradle to grave support in every need and want of the people. The people become unproductive. They can’t afford property; even for a dollar. The productive population has fled. No one is paying property taxes. After the crooks in the government skim and misappropriate the funds; there is nothing left for basic municipal services.

77 parks,  1400 acres, closed. Police stations are keeping banker’s hours. More than forty schools closed. Nearly half the citizens are illiterate.

The city will soon be bailed out by the state. The state will be bailed out by the country. The country will be bailed out by the International Banking Cabal, then who will bail us out of the Chinese-run work and re-education prison camps they’ll surely put us in for being nothing but useless eaters?

Newark, New Jersey, Vallejo,California, Jefferson County,Alabama, Detroit Michigan, Athens,Greece… Let them all be a warning to the world.

The Communist Chinese Will Soon Have Their Own Private Idaho

Keep off the path, beware the gate,

Watch out for signs that say “hidden driveways”.

Don’t let the chlorine in your eyes

Blind you to the awful surprise

That’s waitin’ for you…

Get out of that state you’re in.

You better beware.

The lawn may be green

But you better not be seen

Walkin’ through the gate that leads you down,

Down to a pool fraught with danger

Is a pool full of strangers.

You’re living in your own Private Idaho,

Where do I go from here to a better state than this.

Well, don’t be blind to the big surprise

Swimming round and round like the deadly hand

Of a radium clock…

– The B-52’s

I’m glad none of that happened. It’s bad enough the Euros got Budweiser away from us. I heard Adolphus Busch stole the recipe from Budweis, Czech Republic anyway, so maybe they should have it back, but can you imagine the NYSE being owned by foreigners? How many American lives would be lost because of toxic chemicals in GNC products? The NYSE is still American.

We are now presented with a situation worse than the secret give-away of Alaskan islands to Russia. It is China’s acquisition of 50 square miles of land in Idaho and their plans to build a self-supporting city there.

What can they do with 50 square miles? San Francisco’s population of 805235, as of 2010, is squeezed into 47 square miles.

The ChiCom’s new property is just south of the Boise airport. I think it will be very easy for them to smuggle in and house one million or more people, especially if the build their own airport on their private property.

What will all those Chinese people be doing here?

Boise?

Is it too incredible? Well, who will own this land? China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) will be occupying this piece of America. China is a Communist country. There is no private enterprise there. Sinomach is controlled if not outright owned by the Chinese Communist Party/Military.

“Businesses of SINOMACH include R&D and manufacturing of machinery equipments…Its services cover a wide range of key national economic sectors including industry, agriculture, transportation, energy, construction, light industries, automobile, ship-building, mining, metallurgy and aerospace industries…”

Sounds like they have everything needed to make the above scene happen.

How did it come to this? Jim Marrs in Rule by Secrecy said if you follow the money, you can find the answer to any question. That is why I included the Mad Money clip.

Cramer said the market is too low and people want to buy real dollar assets before the dollar is debased into oblivion because of our reckless congress. He said the country has been going off the rails for years with underfunded entitlements, crazy budget deficits, and a level of governmental dysfunction that has us worried that we’re leaving the problems to our children to handle. He said the Chinese know Washington is welcome to their investments because of the hundreds of millions of dollars we owe them. He said we’re on the hook to them, like crystal meth.

It’s past time to put down the crack pipe, America. Stop taking the drugs of debt, and government dependency. We’ll suffer withdrawals. It will be difficult to cut up the credit cards, repeal medicare, give back the food stamps… It might mean not having cable TV, or eating out less. You may have to buy clothes at a thrift store. Yes it means sacrificing many luxuries and conveniences, but would you prefer this?

Pocatello?
