There is a spate of lawlessness going on in this country. The outlaws are the very ones who are supposed to write, execute and judge the law. This is a significant problem for those of us who are upright, moral and law-abiding because it is only a matter of time until the scofflaws come after us.

Barack Obama, the Constitutional Law professor, signed the Affordable Care Act into law. We are all now required to be gamblers. Insurance is essentially gambling. If you fail to purchase health insurance products from private companies; you are a scofflaw – according to the scofflaws in government.
The Supreme Court has ruled this law to be constitutional.

While you were out getting drunk and partying on New Year’s Eve, Barack Obama signed a law making it legal for him to make you disappear forever. Despite the Constitution, it is also legal for them to use flying robots to shoot and kill you, all without any due process. Obama is the judge, jury and executioner.

Many companies and churches are fighting in courts now to avoid supplying their employees with health care plans that pay for abortions. People all over the country are being arrested for videotaping police. A cop threatened to arrest anyone for reporting on a story if they were unauthorized to do so.

The right of the DHS/TSA to unreasonably search and seize the people in their persons, houses, papers, and effects shall not be violated, and no warrants shall be necessary, but upon probable cause, and that probable cause shall be that the person to be searched and seized is a living sentient being.
Police/military gauntlet checkpoints are being set-up all over the country. I’m surprised that anyone flies commercial anymore; especially with their children.
In his State of the Union Address, Barack Obama said this about human’s responsibility for the weather:
I urge this Congress to get together, pursue a bipartisan, market-based solution to climate change, like the one John McCain and Joe Lieberman worked on together a few years ago. But if Congress won’t act soon to protect future generations, I will. I will direct my Cabinet to come up with executive actions we can take, now and in the future, to reduce pollution, prepare our communities for the consequences of climate change, and speed the transition to more sustainable sources of energy.
Market-based solution? What does congress have to do with the so-called Capitalist Free-Market? If you, Obama, want a free-market-based solution; let the free-market do it.
Leon Panetta told the Congress their services are no longer necessary. The U.N., NATO and Barack Obama will decide from now on if, when and where this country will go to war – not The People, not Congress.
Congress did not charge anyone with treason. No one got impeached for those offenses.
In the State of the Union, Obama told the Congress that he will unilaterally decide what to do about so-called climate change. He is the Dictator and he alone will write the laws and enact taxes that will reduce pollution, change our lifestyles, and reduce the amount of energy available to us.
The Congress clapped.
I was at work and my boss complained to me about all the stuff that wasn’t getting done. He said it was my job to get it done, and if I didn’t do it; he would do it himself.
Does that sound like a good thing? Does that mean my workload just got lighter, or maybe I’ll be fired soon?
What is going on in this country? What is wrong with these people? What is wrong with We the People? Are we just going to let them do this to us?
This man tells the group of people whose job is to write the laws that he is going to write the laws, and they clap.
Why do we have a Congress?
These people either don’t know or don’t care about the Constitution. They have no interest in doing their jobs. It is time to fire and replace them all. It is time to amend the Constitution to discontinue the lifetime appointment of the Supreme Court Justices. It is time to impeach, recall and fire the President, Vice-President, the cabinet and the heads of all the government agencies. It is time to eliminate many of the existing government agencies. I say we start with the newest and go backwards chronologically, eliminating agencies.

If Congress isn’t going to represent us, if the Supreme Court is going to continue ruling contra the law; we don’t need them. We can replace them with dogs.
Dogs are amazing creatures, capable of performing many tasks. Maybe these little guys would be more vigilant at upholding the Constitution than those who are currently in charge of it.
I don’t trust them as much as the Supreme Court though.

The right of the police to use a dog’s purported “alert” as an excuse to unreasonably search and seize the people’s persons, houses, papers, and effects, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall be necessary, but upon the wag of a tail, lifting of the ear, or lick of the crotch of a filthy animal that is incapable of speaking, reading or writing English, and will likely “alert” in order to please its handler in expectation of a treat and pat on the head.
The Supreme Court says dogs can replace warrants and the Fourth Amendment.
It must have never occurred to the court that most police officers are de facto revenue generators for their departments and municipalities. When your property is seized because of drugs; you are likely to not ever get it back after the court fails to find you guilty. When they seize your car, boat, plane, house; they get to enjoy the use of it or the proceeds of its sale.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The law says a search can not be performed without an oath or affirmation. How does a dog swear an oath or affirm anything?
I guess the best we can hope for is that the dogs will eventually become complacent and apathetic in their jobs like the humans in government.

This is not the Change I Hoped for. The way things are going; The New World Order will no longer need humans or animals. The Universal Supreme Dictator will not need to make laws. Living will be illegal. Everyone will be a criminal.
They used to use targets like these to train LEO to not shoot at them. Things are different now. Life is illegal. Everyday mundane activities are terrorism. LEOs must learn to shoot pregnant women and grannies.

How long will it be until they start saying that your living in your house or driving in your car is probable cause and then just shoot you or burn your house down? You won’t complain. You won’t ask questions because the T.V. will say that the police killed terrorists.

January 16, 1919 the 18th amendment was added to the Constitution. It outlawed the manufacture, buying, selling, import or export of alcohol in, into, or out of, the land of the free, The United States of America. It wasn’t illegal to drink it, but if you wanted it; from where would you get it?
Many unattractive women withheld sex from their husbands, coercing them to vote for prohibition. Women’s suffrage was a year away.
It worked for 14 years
Lucky for you alcohol loving readers; the 18th amendment was repealed in 1933. Dire luck for you sinful, hedonistic heathens; the Prohibition Party is alive and well. The party is against gun control, public sector unions, Obamacare, illegal aliens, gay marriage, federal control of education, gambling, pornography, drugs, tobacco, and of course – alcohol.
Sounds good, but I don’t believe the Government should be involved in some moral issues.
I long for a Conservative/Libertarian Utopia. I agree with the Prohibition Party’s views, but I fear they would outlaw some things that should be left to the States and Individuals to decide for themselves.

While you are celebrating the anniversary of the repeal of prohibition today; don’t forget that we still can’t use cash in Louisiana, raw milk and cheese are illegal, chickens are illegal in Phoenix, gardens are illegal in Tulsa, the U.N. is working on controlling the internets, confiscating our guns, and taxing the very air we breathe. Many schools won’t allow you to pack your children’s lunches, and many states disallow giving birth to children at home.
It’s a good thing alcohol is legal because thinking about all this tyranny could drive a man to drink.

Proposition 37 in California failed to pass. If it were; genetically modified food in that state would have to be labeled as so. Apparently all the skinny, attractive, health conscious, trendy, Muscle Beach type of people there aren’t interested in knowing what they are feeding themselves and their families. Or, maybe the people of California are free and awake and don’t care what companies like Monsanto and Whole Foods are doing to the food because they buy their food from known, reputable sources and/or grow their own.
I doubt it.

A man in Tulsa got fired from his job at the Food Pyramid grocery store. Food Pyramid… looks and sounds like the Illuminati to me.
There are two types of Illuminati food:
1. The food that the Illuminati eat; good, natural, healthful, organic food that gives the body proper nutrition and promotes long life in those who consume it.
2. The food that the Illuminati feed us. The food that technically isn’t even food and slowly kills those who consume it.
Anyways, Food Pyramid fired this man so he decided to become a whistleblower. He exposed his manager on the local news. This man went on T.V. to say that this store wipes off the expiration dates from expired meats.
I guess this is the end of the world. Why? The meat comes from genetically modified animals that ate genetically modified food. They were pumped full of antibiotics and vaccines, and treated inhumanely. After being slaughtered and butchered, the meat is injected with carcinogenic nitrates and nitrites. It is then irradiated and sealed in carbon monoxide to make it bright red. You believe that red color means it is fresh.
The meat is then packaged, stored, and shipped in trucks across the country. That animal or mixture of animals, have been dead for months, possibly years, by the time it gets on the store shelf. How long has it been in the store waiting for you to pick it up?
And, they want you to believe that an expiration date means anything?
When will they put a label on the food to tell you if it contains dead babies?
Why do you need a label? Are labels always truthful, or can they lie? If I pour Pepsi™ into a Coke™ bottle; does the liquid turn into Coke™?
Be afraid of infection.

There are more Americans dependent on the federal government than ever before in U.S. history. According to the Survey of Income and Program Participation conducted by the U.S. Census, well over 100 million Americans are enrolled in at least one welfare program run by the federal government. Many are enrolled in more than one. That is about a third of the entire population of the country. Sadly, that figure does not even include Social Security or Medicare. Today the federal government runs almost 80 different “means-tested welfare programs”, and almost all of those programs have experienced substantial growth in recent years. Yes, we will always need a “safety net” for those that cannot take care of themselves, but it is absolutely ridiculous that the federal government is financially supporting one-third of all Americans. How much farther do things really need to go before we finally admit that we have become a socialist nation? At the rate we are going, it will not be too long before half the nation is on welfare. Unfortunately, we will likely never get to that point because the gigantic debt that we are currently running up will probably destroy our financial system before that ever happens. – The American Dream
You got your free cell phones, free food stamps, free transportation, free education, free clothes, section 8 housing vouchers for $25.00 a month. You got your utility bills subsidized. You got your free Medicare, Medicaid, and the Supreme Court even said it’s legal for the Government to just go ahead and take over the whole health care industry and give it all to you for free. Free free free free. Everything is free. Isn’t all this freedom nice? Is this what it means to be free and live in a free country?

George Washington and Civic Virtue
At the end of The Federalist 55, James Madison observed that “republican government presupposes the existence of [civic virtue] in a higher degree than any other form.” The American Founders understood that political freedom requires a limited government—that is, government should leave people alone, for the most part, in their private associations such as family, religion, and business. But the Founders also understood that limited government is risky: When people are left alone, they might use that freedom to violate the rights of others; or they might simply live irresponsibly, depending on others with money and resources to care for them. Thus limited government requires certain kinds of civic virtue, no less than political freedom requires limited government.
George Washington in many ways was, and remains, the model of what it means to be an American citizen. He embodied the civic virtues that Madison described as indispensable for a self-governing republic. These virtues can be divided into four categories:
1.Civic Knowledge
2.Self-restraint
3.Self-assertion
4.Self-reliance…As Madison wrote in Federalist 51. “A dependence on the people is no doubt the primary control on the government.” The primary responsibility for keeping American government within the confines of the Constitution, and therefore protecting the liberty of the American people, belongs to the American people themselves. Or, as Ben Franklin once quipped, the Americans have been blessed with a wise and free republican form of government, “if they can keep it!”
…In his First Annual Address to Congress, President George Washington said that the people must be taught to know and to value their own rights; to discern and provide against invasions of them; to distinguish between oppression and the necessary exercise of lawful authority…to discriminate the spirit of liberty from that of licentiousness – cherishing the first, avoiding the last; and uniting a speedy but temperate vigilance against encroachments, with inviolable respect to the laws.
…Washington and the other founders knew that for citizens to live in a free society with limited government, each citizen must be able to control or restrain himself; otherwise, we would need a police state—that is, a large, unlimited government—to maintain safety and order.
In his First Inaugural Address, Washington said, “the foundation of our national policy will be laid in the pure and immutable principles of private morality….” He continued by saying, “there is no truth more thoroughly established that there exists in the economy and course of nature, an indissoluble union between virtue and happiness.”
“The propitious smiles of heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of right and order, which heaven itself has ordained….” Given all the freedom that comes with a limited government, a people that live rightly and virtuously will probably end up living happily with all the goods, material and otherwise, that make the difference between living and living well. If a people violate the “rules of right and order which heaven has ordained,” they will probably end up living unhappily, with little to ease their misery.
If you are one of the 100 million of us on some form of welfare, you may think everything is just fine now. You can’t see your unease and misery coming, and it is coming soon.

If you are one of the 100 million of us on some form of welfare; are you paying the price and not counting the cost? You are supplying them with everything they need to destroy you. What will you do when they take away your benefits? What will you do when they not only deny you that life-saving prescription or procedure, but also not allow you to pay for it either? What will you do when they force you to take a life-threatening medication or undergo a procedure that you don’t want?
Maybe you should look a gift horse in the mouth.
In addition to civic knowledge, self-restraint, and self-assertion, citizens must possess the civic virtue of self-reliance. In order to be truly free, citizens must be able to provide the basic necessities of life for themselves and their families. Citizens who cannot provide for themselves will need a large government to take care of them. And as soon as citizens become dependent on government for their basic needs, the people are no longer in a position to demand that government stay limited within the confines of the Constitution. Self-reliant citizens are free citizens in the sense that they are not dependent on others for their basic needs. They do not need a large provider-government, which has the potential to become an intrusive or oppressive government, to meet those needs.
George Washington understood the need for citizens to be self-reliant. In a letter to a recent immigrant, Washington wrote of the benefits available in America to self-reliant, virtuous citizens: “This country certainly promises greater advantages, than almost any other, to persons of moderate property, who are determined to be sober, industrious, and virtuous members of society.” Washington knew, and our national experience has shown, that only a strong self-reliant citizenry is able to fully enjoy the blessings of liberty. - George Washington and Civic Virtue
I don’t want to live like the trees. If we allow the Government to force equal outcomes in all aspects of our lives, then how can anyone flourish and prosper?
Charity is best done by generous people with soft hearts who love humanity, not philanthropic misanthropes. If those people aren’t allowed blessings and success; they’ll be unable to help anyone else.
If we were all self-reliant, living sober, industrious, with virtue and restraint; we wouldn’t need charity or welfare.
Freedom isn’t free, but it doesn’t cost much. Even if you die fighting for it; it is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

Most of the people I saw at Arby’s today were overweight; even the babies! Why are so many babies overweight? I saw a man come inside, order, and then took the food out to his wife waiting in the van because she was too large and tired to walk.
People used to get fat over time, not born that way. Fat kids was not always a common sight.
Do you understand that most of you eat the same food from the same slave-masters. You buy their food and allow them to own you.

The city will soon be bailed out by the state. The state will be bailed out by the country. Eleanor Norton Holmes called Fluke the women’s representative. According to Fluke every woman is destitute and has cysts in her ovaries.
Fluke says she sees the faces of the women affected by the policies that deny them contraceptives. I went to Georgetown last night and looked at some of those faces. I saw many smiling, happy, White people, walking around, spending money in Washington’s most expensive restaurants and upscale clothing boutiques. Many people were on dates, holding hands, and looking like they would be having sex later on. I didn’t see any homeless people or anyone asking for change to buy birth control with.
Sandra Fluke says that birth control costs too much. Women have to walk out of the store embarrassed because the pharmacist says birth control isn’t free, women have to live without birth control because they just can’t budget it. She says that regular Americans who have the good common sense God gave them would respond it’s available in other ways. She said it’s not true.
Sandra Fluke, is it not true that one can work and earn money and take that money to the store and purchase birth control? I just typed in birth control under Google Shopping and one of the products was available at 42 different stores, 24 of which were nearby my location, one of which was Sears. CVS is open 24/7.

If you can afford a bus ride; take the Circulator Bus that goes from your school to North Capitol street. There is the DC Department of Health. Free birth control.

There are many private options for financial planning and management, health insurance, savings and investments, retirement funding, unemployment insurance, disability insurance, anything you can think of. Listen to an AM radio talk or news station on a weekend afternoon. You’ll see what I’m talking about.
The Tax Holiday doesn’t go far enough. I would love to see the FICA Tax repealed. I know that if it were gone, they would “pay for it” by enacting a new tax or raising the current tax rates anyway. I want to see this one eradicated because the idea of Social Security is inconsistent with the principles taught to us by George Washington: Thrift, Responsibility, Self-Reliance, and Self Control. Social Security is inconsistent with the principles of the United States: Freedom, Liberty, Independence, and Capitalism.

The Social Security Tax is optional. If you’ve signed the card; it’s too late to opt out, but not for your children. Teach them about money. Teach your children how to budget, save, and use money responsibly. Make sure they know and understand how important it is.
It may be too late for us, but our children can be free-sovereign individuals, who will stand up tall and say to the Government, I’m a big boy or girl and I can manage my own finances, thank you.

I guess the media had more important things to tell us. Why did they make such a big deal about some women walking out of the hearing Thursday, but not a word about this?
About the walkout: Why does it matter that there were no women slated to testify? Gone With the Wind starred no left-handed, lesbian Pygmies, but it is still a good movie, right?
The House Hearing was intended for religious leaders to testify about religious freedom and the effect the new health care laws would have on it. A majority of religious leaders are men. That is why there were no women present.

These men were there because they object to the government mandating them to provide and pay for products and services they find offensive and sinful. Most churches that have women leaders aren’t the ones that object to abortions, and pre/extramarital, and homo sex. Those churches probably have no problem with this kind of government overreach.
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways:

You shouldn’t have left, Speaker Pelosi. You missed your chance to tell the oppressive, Bible-thumping, chauvinistic males how much you would love sending them to jail.
How far away are we from this? When all the religious leaders with unorthodox loyalties to the Bible, Torah, Quran, etc are imprisoned for thought-crimes; we’ll have to use computer simulated Pastors, Priests, and Rabbis.
The confession booth will no longer be private of course. The NSA will be listening to your prayers to make sure you’re not thinking about pricking holes in your condoms, or not taking your birth control pills. Can’t have unauthorized procreation because children will contribute to overpopulation and global-warming.
This isn’t about contraceptives or abortions. This isn’t about churches or freedom of religion. This is only about the Government having complete control over every minute aspect of your life and body.
Those responsible for doing this are obligated to tell you what they are doing to you. That is why they wrote their plans in Stone:

You may not be religious and not care about this controversy. If we lose this battle; you will lose too.
It’s like how they say to do when you first walk into a prison: Find the biggest, meanest, toughest man there, walk up to him and knock him out in front of everybody. If you do this; no one else in the jail will dare to bother you.
To the Government; the church is that man who must be knocked out and made an example of. If they can gain this kind of power over the church; the rest of us will fall like dominoes.

Why is football so important to Congress? Maxine Waters is one of the NFL’s biggest critics in this matter. She wants to repeal their anti-trust exemption. With Water’s involved; this certainly portends a bleak future for football.
Why should the Government be at all involved in sports?
King Edward III banned football (soccer) in 1349. “Football and other recreations distracted the populace from practicing archery, which was necessary for war, and after the great loss of life that had occurred during the Black Death, England needed as many archers as possible.” – Wikipedia
Religion is opiate for the masses. Sports is religion for the heathens. Religion and sports to keep the sleep-walking sheep in order.
If a football ban happens in my lifetime; I’m sure that the real reason won’t be because of concussions. Doesn’t everyone know that playing any sport is risky? Are we too incompetent to make our own decisions?
History repeats itself. The Government may not experience a shortage of archers, but if there is no football; what will all those kids do instead?

Proof: We Are Living in the Last Days – Sex in Church
So I see this poster on the bus.
You’re probably thinking,”big deal.” That’s because I had to take the picture with my phone on a moving bus. I couldn’t photograph the whole poster and make it clear also.
What you can’t see is that the man is standing in front of a church. He is standing in front of his church and telling us that he gets AIDS tests because he cares about his congregation.
What does that mean?
1. He is sexually active. People who aren’t don’t need AIDS tests.
2. He is having sex with the people in his congregation. He said he asks for the test because he cares about them. If he wasn’t having sex with his congregation; he wouldn’t get the test out of concern for them.
3. He is the Pastor of the church. That’s the connotation I get when he says, “my congregation.”
4. The District Department of Health couldn’t confirm that he is the Pastor of the church, but they did tell The Freedom Fighter that he is definitely a real person, not an actor or model, and the message is his.
Wow. Is that kind of sex life the Bible teaches us to have?
It’s surely the doctrine the Government wants the church to preach.
The ACA is requiring employers who provide health insurance to provide contraception, abortions, and all types of reproductive health services to their employees free of charge. This includes religious employers and organizations such as hospitals and soup kitchens.
Are you ready to see a bowl of Barack Obama Condoms next to the holy water?
Now slow down on calling me out for saying that churches are required to pay for this sinful stuff. I know Obama “compromised” and let the churches off by requiring the insurance companies to provide these products and services free of charge instead of the employers.
Have you ever been told the magicians secret? They keep your eyes occupied with much action by one hand while the other hand you’re not watching is doing the part of the trick they don’t want you to see.
Did he fool you with that one? Not if you have a basic understanding of business and economics.
There is no free-lunch. Call your health insurance agency and tell them you want your toothpaste, deodorant, tampons, etc. to be covered by them with no co-pay.

These things cannot be produced and brought to market without someone paying for them. If the church is offering the insurance plan; that means they are subsidizing a portion of the price of the plan. Even with the burden put on the insurance companies; the churches will still be paying for contraceptives and abortions.
You already know this of course. If you’re reading this, you probably consume news from other sources also; non State-Controlled Media sources that also tell the truth, and they have all said the same thing all this week.
This is what they haven’t said:
They know that the churches know that regardless of the compromise; by complying and continuing to offer health insurance to their employees, they will still be financing sin. They know the churches won’t accept this and will simply stop offering health insurance.
I don’t know what America’s share of that $13.5 billion a year is, but whatever it is it’s too much for anyone to give away. With the insurance companies required to provide contraceptives, abortions, and preventive care free of charge; they’ll have no choice but to either raise the premiums to a point of being unaffordable or go out of business.
The government wants a monopoly on health insurance and health care. This is just one their ways of getting it.
Keep this in mind during this church condom controversy. Watch how their plan to snare us all in their trap unfolds. Remember that their goal is to ruin the health insurance industry so that you have nowhere to go but to them.
We are very lucky that the ACA has not yet gone into full effect. They delayed it because the uproar over things like this and everything else coming down the pike would ensure Obama’s defeat in this year’s election. It is a fortunate thing that this year is an election year. We have an opportunity to elect a Congress that will write a bill to repeal the ACA. Not repeal and replace. Repeal. We have an opportunity to elect a President that will sign that bill into law thus restoring our right to control over our own finances, bodies and health care.

What does it mean when the world's biggest capitalists denounce capitalism?
The Founder of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, said in front of thousands of the world’s political and economic leaders that, “capitalism… has no place in the world around us.”
If you don’t know what the World Economic Forum is; it’s because you’re not one of the world’s élite businesspeople or a political leader. I learned about it five years ago and made it a personal goal to one day attend.
Now I fear that by the time I can go; there won’t be anymore capitalism to talk about.
I find it ironic that the event was protested by anti-capitalists while the elitists inside were abetting them.
So many worldwide problems have led to this, but capitalism is being wrongly accused. Not capitalism, but the artificial manipulation of capitalism is to blame for the current economic condition. You’d think the most successful of the capitalists would understand this, but there is more to it than what we know. These people have everything they want from capitalism.
Now they seek total control of all humanity.
This reminds me of the Patriotic Millionaires, Bill Gates and Warren Buffet calling for higher taxes on rich and wealthy people like themselves.
Why do they ask the government to raise everyone’s taxes, but when asked; refuse to voluntarily donate more to the Treasury?
Proverbs 28:11 says, “The rich man is wise in his own conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out.”
These people are the 1% and will always be, no matter what economic system the world uses now.
When the Soviet Union was formed; many capitalists found huge success there, despite the country having a system opposite the free-market. No matter the economic system; be it communist, socialist, totalitarian, fascist, or dictatorship; the country will need goods and services that can only be produced by Free-Market, Laissez-Faire Capitalism!
There is no good reason to hate the rich. Do you hate having a job and earning a paycheck? Sean Hannity said, I never got a job from a poor person.
If you are one of those jealous, rich hating people who wants to see the end of capitalism and the rich and wealthy brought down to a level you think is fair; think about this:
You may one day become rich. That’s how capitalism works. It’s for everybody.
Even though India is the world’s largest democracy; someone from the Untouchable caste cannot start a business and upgrade his living standards and social status.

A career politician will do whatever his puppet masters need done. A true Patriot would do it for service. People like George Washington believed that the best government would include people who, after becoming prosperous and successful enough from their productivity, would be able to retire from their work to represent the people.

If elected; would he repeal Obamacare, or NDAA?
What has changed in South Carolina in the last two years? I thought the state was a conservative, capitalist, right-wing kind of place, but maybe it isn’t anymore.
A little more than two years ago, South Carolina’s governor, Mark Sanford, disappeared. Upon his return; he said he was hiking the Appalachian Trail. This turned out to not be true, for in fact; he was in Argentina with a woman who was not his wife.
The people of South Carolina demanded his resignation. Sanford refused to resign so they began the impeachment process. The impeachment fell through because his term was almost over, and the state legislature censured him instead.
I guess much can change in a couple of years. Despite his history of marital infidelities, and criticisms of capitalism; Newt Gingrich has won the Republican primary in South Carolina. “It’s that I articulate the deepest-held values of the American people,” he said. Isn’t the Republican Party, the party of family values?
Is attacking capitalism a deep-held American value? Gingrich may have won because of his attacks on Mitt Romney‘s capitalist practices at Bain Capital. His ads called Romney a vulture because companies he invested in went out of business. Gingrich made 1.6 to 1.8 million dollars consulting to the laissez-faire, free-market company*, Freddie Mac, and then the economy crashed. I thought South Carolina would be one of the last states to betray capitalism. Is this the same right-to-work state that was upset with the National Labor Relations Board for not allowing Boeing to open a plant there?
Newt Gingrich did at one time support the mandatory individual health insurance mandate which will eventually cause a loss of jobs when insurance companies go out of business. Newt Gingrich did sit on the couch with Nancy Pelosi and said that humans were causing global warming and the government needs to do something about it. What will the government do about it? The government’s solution to global warming will cost millions of jobs. Newt Gingrich scolded Bill Clinton for his extramarital affairs while he, himself was cheating on his wife.
Is the Republican Party going to become indistinguishable from the Democratic Party? This reminds me of Second Timothy Chapter 3.
Is Newt Gingrich the epitome of right-wing conservative principles and values? From his past; I might say no; but that was the past, and I guess many things can change in a couple of years!

Gas Price Spike Act of 2012 or: Keystone Cops Part 2
Maxine Waters‘ Communist utopia dream is coming true. Straight out of the Ayn Rand novel, Atlas Shrugged; the Gas Price Spike Act of 2012 or: H. R. 3784, was introduced to the 112th Congress 2d session.
The bill is a perfect complement to the President’s decision yesterday to not approve the Keystone XL project. This bill is more proof that the government is not committed to American jobs and energy. The government, in my opinion, will not be satisfied until we are riding horses on dirt roads again.
The purpose of the bill is, “to impose a windfall profit tax on oil and natural gas (and products thereof).” This is a tax imposed on profits deemed unreasonable, (up to 100%!) to be paid by the seller.
Let’s talk about some basic economics that I learned as a child in junior high school. Businesses do not pay taxes! In any business that is competently managed; all overhead is included in the price of the product or service! If the cost of doing business goes up, i.e., an increase in taxes; that cost is passed down to the consumer! I’m sorry for all the exclamation points. I need some way to get your attention. I wanted to use all CAPS, but that would have been too annoying. I’m exasperated with trying to get people to understand this. How is it that I’ve known this since junior high school, but adults who are college graduates and run this country can’t understand these fundamental concepts? All the Representatives named on this bill are college graduates. Most have Masters degrees. Some are PhD’s. One has a Bachelors in business! I’m sure they all had to take at least economics 101 to graduate.

This is a tax to be imposed on profits from the sales of oil, natural gas, and products thereof, up to ONE HUNDRED PERCENT! Hopefully you all understand now that the 100% tax will be passed on to you, the consumer. I wrote yesterday that petroleum is much more than gas and oil for cars. Petroleum is used in almost EVERYTHING! Think about the products that you need to use that help to keep you alive. Now think about paying at least double what you now pay for those items. Are you ready to call some Representatives now?
What are reasonable profits? Reasonable profits will be decided by the Reasonable Profits Board. The President will appoint three people whose only qualifications are to not be financially vested in the industries they will be judging. The bill provides them money for travel expenses. I hope they know how to ride horses. The bill provides for the Boards’ pay, but doesn’t appoint another Board to decide if the Boards’ pay is reasonable. The bill allows the Director of the Board to hire cronies of the Board and pay them any amount they deem reasonable.
Today it’s the oil companies. Who will be next? Are you going to wait to see what industry is next? Do you want to wait to see if they come after your livelihood next, or are you ready to make some phone calls and write some letters?

The Keystone Cops: Bumbling idiots like those in charge of the Keystone XL decision.
The president rejected the Keystone XL pipeline project today. His reason is a deadline on the decision inserted into a bill passed earlier. Congress passed the law at the end of December 2011, but The State Department website projects a decision to be made on the XL project, December 2011. The President rejected the project because Congress forced him to decide after the State Department was to have decided anyway.
“This announcement is not a judgment on the merits of the pipeline, but the arbitrary nature of a deadline that prevented the State Department from gathering the information necessary to approve the project and protect the American people. I’m disappointed that Republicans in Congress forced this decision, but it does not change my Administration’s commitment to American-made energy that creates jobs and reduces our dependence on oil.” – Barack Obama

When I read Obama’s statement; I thought there was a typo. I was sure it was supposed to say foreign oil, but he did indeed say that he is committed to reducing our dependence on oil. This is not a crazy conspiracy theory; he said it himself. Barack Obama is committed to skyrocketing our energy costs and reducing our dependence on oil. Oil is much more than what you put in your gas tank and engine. Oil is in almost everything we use, even some food. If you use a product that doesn’t contain oil; oil is used to produce, and deliver it to you. What is a suitable alternative to oil? Here are just some results of Obama’s commitment to creating an American-made energy that creates jobs: Solyndra went bankrupt after receiving half of a billion dollars of our tax money. Now they are going to pay up to $600,000 in bonuses to the few employees remaining. Willard & Kelsey, whose ironic address is 1775 Progress Dr. laid off half of its workforce after receiving a 5 million dollar loan of taxpayer money. So much for progress. Fisker Automotive received half of a billion dollars of our tax money and moved its jobs to Finland. After receiving 27 billion taxpayer dollars, General Motors is planning on moving the Volt production to China. The Canadian PM is on the way to China to sell them the oil we won’t be getting from the Keystone XL pipeline. The President stated his commitment to creating jobs. He didn’t say American jobs. Mr. Obama, please stop creating jobs. It’s not working… for regular Americans.
The title of this article is, Can We Call the Keystone Cops? Forget about it. Is there anyone else we can call now? I just remembered, The Keystone Cops were bumbling idiots who always screwed up. Use Your Club Card If You Want to Live
Is consumer advocate Clark Howard a shill for Big Brother? He said that when he signs up for the grocery store club cards; he uses a dead president’s name to throw the dogs off the scent. I agree with him. Although I’m not up to anything illegal; I have many aliases for conducting various anonymous business.
I think it was about twenty years ago when my local store introduced the club card. I asked for the card and quickly returned it when I saw all the personal questions on the application. They said the information was for store use only: demographics and marketing. I didn’t believe them. I couldn’t understand how their knowledge of everything about me made prices lower. I decided that my privacy was worth more than a few discounts.
It turns out that prices are often considerably better with the club card, and now every grocery store in my city had one. I knew there must be a conspiracy. I couldn’t figure it out, but I knew I didn’t want to be involved.
It was becoming harder to put food on the table. My city at the time didn’t have dollar stores or discount grocery stores. Prices steadily rose, unless you had the card. Why do they want us all in their clubs just so we can afford to eat? Now, I needed the club benefits, but not the membership.
OK there, Girly. Do you think we can get an honest count, or is that against the policy of the store? Wait. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait, Wait. Wait a minute. What's with the hit-and-run on the keys, there? What's with the holding hands? I oughta be able to hold more than that for what your'e charging in here!
One day someone ahead of me in line filled an application for the card. I noticed that the cashier didn’t ask for any identification and just took the application without even reading it and handed the customer a new card. A light bulb turned on in my head. I asked for an application and filled out all false information; and, just like that; I could once again buy groceries at reasonable prices.
I never hesitate to join the clubs today. I’ve never told anyone about my alias use, but I figured there would be some other people who would have figured out the trick. I was kind of shocked to hear Clark Howard talk about it on the radio today. I think it means Big Brother has finally figured it out too.

I’m not a paranoid conspiracy theorist. I believe every word of the Bible is the truth and the word of God. Because God made this world; I believe he knows what is going to happen to it. John of Patmos was told the future by an angel of God and instructed to reveal the Apocalypse to us in the book of Revelations. Big Brother is coming. Revelations says that all men will be subject to the ruler of the new world order government. Now you can either do this the easy way or the hard way. They’re trying to get us to do it the easy way now. If we don’t submit willingly, then they will have to use force. Their usual persuasion tools are fear and, the children. How many times have you heard them ask you to do it for the children? They know you fear for children’s safety, and will do anything to protect them. You don’t have kids? So. Only an inhumane monster wouldn’t do it for the children. They love to appeal to your emotions: safety, security. Remember all the times they asked you to give up just a bit of liberty in exchange for safety? The FDA, DEA, BATF-E, national speed limit, helmet laws, Patriot Act, Department Homeland Security, TSA, NDAA?
Do you want to be safe? Do you want to get sick and die from food poisoning? No? Clark Howard said today that even though he used to use aliases for his club cards; he doesn’t anymore and he recommends that you don’t either. He said that the government uses the club card databases to track the origins of food-borne illnesses and for some reason; if we don’t all sign up for them with our real information; scientists, doctors, and the government won’t be able to do this anymore and we’ll all die from salmonella and e-coli…
I heard a story about a man who was paying the non-smoking rate for his health insurance. The insurance company told him they were changing him to the smoking rate because his club card records indicated that he had bought cigarettes. The totalitarianism is coming one little step at a time. They are going to slowly creep it up on you so you won’t see it coming. When the Affordable Care Act is in full effect; there will be less free, independent Americans. When the care of your very own personal body is under the domain of the federal government; they will be able to control and rule over every minute aspect of your life, and these club cards will be one of the tools used to do it.
I ask a question to the people who applied for club cards with their true identities. These past few years when certain food items became contaminated and killed people: strawberries, spinach, lemons, eggs, peanut butter, cantaloupes, et al; did the Center for Disease Control and Prevention or National Institute of Health call you and say that they were calling to warn you not to eat that food you recently bought?
I’m going to go ahead and call shenanigans on this one. I won’t be a sleepwalking sheep and fall for this lie. I remember food recalls happening long before the use of club cards. The CDC has tracked outbreaks since the ’70s. The CDC tracked a case of botulism in 1971 to the manufacturer from two victims; a man and his wife; without club cards.
Clark Howard, you are a prominent, trusted consumer advocate, but I’m not going to trust you this time. Jim White, I mean, “Rutherford B. Hayes” *-) will continue to buy his genetically modified, irradiated, high fructose corn syrup, codex compliant foodstuffs at a discounted price with his club card obtained surreptitiously. That is until they pass the laws outlawing alias use on the Internets and then apply those laws to the real world.

What’s a Trillion Dollars Amongst Friends?
We’re going to spend another trillion dollars to keep open “key” government agencies for one year. Republicans and Democrats are both agreeing on this. How come no one is asking, “Why does it cost over a trillion dollars a year to run the government?” Who in congress is working to cut the size and expense of government? How much of this is constitutional?
• $8.4 billion for EPA. Why? I love the environment as much as anybody else, but couldn’t the environment be better protected locally?
• $518 billion for the Pentagon, an increase of $5 billion over last year. OK. National defense is the federal government’s responsibility.
• $850 million for counterinsurgency aid in Pakistan. Why? I thought our paying for their Sesame St. show was going to make the terrorists not want to be terrorists anymore.
• $5 billion for AIDS. I’ll give you the cure to AIDS free. Don’t have gay sex. Get married, stay married, be faithful to your spouse. Don’t share needles. There you go; $5 billion dollars saved.
• $32 billion for energy and water programs. Is there not enough private companies making energy and supplying water? Since $32 billion of our tax money is paying for energy and water; do we still have to pay a bill for our energy and water?
• $21 billion for agencies that regulate banking. We already have police, sheriffs, lawyers, Better Business Bureau, FDIC, Federal Reserve, FTC, SEC, FINRA… How much more regulation does banking need? Is one more agency and another billion dollars going to result in no one ever losing a single dollar anymore?
• $12 billion for Treasury. Didn’t we write Timothy Geithner a $700 billion dollar check three years ago? Did he spend it all already?
• $71 billion for Education. Teachers in Atlanta are taking the tests for the students. Almost 50% percent of Detroit is illiterate. Most newspapers, magazines and TV news shows have incorrect grammar and misspelled words. Many waiters have degrees, but they did not study waiting tables in college. It’s not a problem that more money will solve. Education is a local and personal issue.
• $42 billion for the State Department and Foreign Operations.
• $3 billion for Israel.
• $39 billion for Homeland Security that includes nearly $12 billion for Customs and Border Patrol and nearly $6 billion for Immigration and Custom Enforcement. Why is there a DHS? The DOD, CIA, ICE, and the FBI were unable to protect us from what happened September 11, 2001, so the solution is to make another government agency? One more agency and another $39 billion dollars spent, and we can all go about our business now. Everything is safe. $18 billion for Border Patrol and ICE. Does that mean I won’t have to push a button for English anymore? Does that mean I won’t have anymore co-workers upset with me because I don’t speak Spanish?
How much are we spending to extend unemployment benefits? Did you hear Nancy Pelosi saying that the extension would create 600,000 jobs? She said unemployment insurance has macroeconomic effects. She says macroeconomic like she just learned the word 15 minutes ago. Unfortunately she might be right. Unemployment checks are certainly stimulating the cable, weed, alcohol, Xbox, and couch sectors of the economy.
Rep. Allen West (R.–Fla.) said the conversation on Capitol Hill has finally changed. What’s changed; spending trillions at a time instead of billions?
Rep. Jeff Flake (R.–Ariz.) and Rep. Bobby Schilling (R.–Ill.) voted against the bill. They both spoke of not having sufficient time to review the bill. Flake said “We’ll be discovering for months to come what’s actually in it.” God bless these two patriots for being responsible civil servants and not subjecting us to laws that even congress doesn’t understand.
Every cloud has a silver lining though: The bill outlaws tax money for abortions in Washington DC. and light bulbs will be legal for one more year.
The Senate votes on the bill today. I’m sure it will easily pass through that house as well and soon be signed by the President. This enormous government is too precious too these people to ever go unfunded and “shutdown” for any amount of time.
